The Morrison Room is NOT  located in downtown but is a short ride either by Uber or Pubic Transit (TTC) to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Additionally, the UP GO Train service runs frequently at 30-minute intervals connecting Toronto Pearson International Airport with Union Station

The #512 St Clair West Streetcar (to Yonge Street and Subway) is a short walk away with the #510 Spadina and #511 Bathurst Streetcars to CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Lake Ontario Waterfront, Union Station, Rogers Centre, CNE Exhibition grounds, and Scotiabank Arena.  It’s a great low cost place to stay while being surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of St Clair West Village.
